“Really good website which laid out all the options and easy to compare phones. Easy to use the website and felt like good value for money for the different levels of refurb. Delivery is with DPD so you get options to change the date etc which was great for me.”

“Everything, including customer service who helped me , was excellent and l am very happy with my new phone. I like REBOXED ‘s recycling and green ethos, but l never managed to recycle my old phone with them , due to a procedure that would not complete to a transaction number for me and didn’t get to the stage of sending me a return pack - l would appreciate if they could improve this part of their business.”

“I was initially cautious about buying a reconditioned phone, but the price was very attractive, and the concept of refurbishing a slightly older phone that might otherwise have ended up in a recycling centre was compelling. I therefore took the plunge, and have been very pleased with the results. The phone is in really good condition, and the battery has a long life remaining. It was also a big improvement on my existing phone, but didn't cost the earth to replace. The delivery itself went very smoothly and I felt confident I had made the right choice. I would certainly use reboxed again.”

“In total I'm happy with the service. Phone arrived quickly and nicely packed. Battery was quite week for my use so i was thinking of sending it back as the process looked so easy to do it but finally keep the phone for my son.”
