“My iphone 14 arrived on time and in very clean condition - looking as new All working well so I am very pleased However since then (a month ago) I have been trying to get a price for my old iphone using hte link you sent me but your website page seems to be permantly under maintenance - see message below Be right back. Don't worry, we're not ghosting you. We're currently upgrading our systems and will be back soon! Get in touch But the Get in Touch button does nothing !”

“My wife’s iPhone kept having apps disappear and the phone was very needy when it came to how long the battery lasted and how often it needed charging. So we decided to exchange it for an android phone and reboxed did this for us with minimum fuss. Very happy with there customer service.”

“Reboxed is absolutely amazing! I'd highly recommend. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra for my son and it came in pristine condition it looks brand new and I don't think I picked the highest rating. I will definitely be using them again. The packaging is beautiful and I love that they include a pack of sweets. The phone came from 4gadgets.co.uk but packaged in reboxed packaging.”

“Curate's Egg 🙁 I ordered 2 mobiles and they arrived promptly. One was fine though the promised screen cover never arrived. A discount was later sent to compensate for it. The other has a fault and while it was eventually replaced, the process was drawn out and commitments to keep me informed were not met. It all worked out in the end but at the time I was anxious about whether I had been had!”

“I had looked at number of companies who sold reconditioned phones. Their grading of the phones varied greatly and whilst i knew it was a preloved phone, i didnt want to be looking at other peoples scratches on the phones. I opted for reboxed due to their grading and geat prices. My premium Samsung S22 was delivered in mint condition and works like a new phone. Very fast, crisp colours in photos and videos. I am very happy with my purchase. I also added a phone cover into my order and was pleasantly surprised to see the price of the cover was discounted to zero, providing me with a free case. Highly recommended and the fact they plant 5 new trees for each phone sold was a massive bonus.”

“Ordered phone with case and screen protector. Phone arrived fine but case 2 weeks later. With the delay of the case I managed to drop my phone crack the case! The damage would not have occurred if you send the case in a timely manner!”
