“Unfortunately phone requested order was not pulled through so when it was item out of stock but gave me £20 back with was gratefully received and up grade phone was offered which also was gratefully accepted with no extra cost .Was sent very quick will buy again ,thank you .”

“Device is fine, no issues so far, but customer service is pretty bad. If you're not too bothered about your stuff being delivered late with items missing, then Reboxed is the service for you. There are loads of companies out there offering the same service at a comparable cost, this one isn't offering anything particularly different or special.”

“Couldn’t recommend this company less. Took nearly 2 weeks for phone to be dispatched. Then once sent by Royal Mail, was left on doorstep and stolen. They then blamed me for the lack of delivery taking weeks of back and forth before a refund was delivered. Go with a more well-know brand, even if it costs a bit more.”

“I'm very pleased with my purchase. The item feels and looks as new, though admittedly an older model. I was at first somewhat alarmed that there were Apple battery warnings appearing on my screen, and at first arranged to send the iPhone back for a credit note. However, apparently this is normal when a new battery has been fitted and the warnings disappeared and the display is showing a healthy functioning battery and indeed the phone holds its charge very well.”
