"This new Rastar RC model in 1:14 scale accurately represents the latest generation Mercedes-Benz G-Class. This particular model is the popular G63 version. It has many scale details on the exterior and interior which are very impressive. This latest version now has opening front doors and rear door which means you can use the car as a display model when you are not using it as an RC car.\n\nQuality of the assembly is good. It also has an upgraded 2.4GHz handset which means it has a small fixed antenna. Very compact when transporting the handset and no long antenna to worry about.\n\nIt is quite easy to control the car although you'll need quite a bit of space. Although it is based on the iconic G-Class off-roader the scale version only has rear wheel drive and limited ground clearance so requires relatively smooth and flat surfaces to run on. Having said that I took my car outside and it performed well on dirt tracks with small rocks.\n\nI would definitely recommend this product but just don't have expectations that it will the best off-road performer. "During the Lockdown I have experimented with various small, affordable rc rock crawlers for the back garden. I tried some cheap ones that are 'toy' level and they are fun but this BSD Racing Rock Crawler is a much higher 'hobby' level for not much more money and I highly recommend it. Although a more expensive crawler it is still as much for beginners as anyone, younger kids included. You will not easily break this rc car. It is 4 wheel drive and it has progressive steering and acceleration which makes a huge difference to being able to slowly or quickly moving. The cheaper versions literally have a button type on\/off click to steer left or right and accelerate or brake; very basic and too basic to develop any skills precisely. The quality of this car is high. For the price it is much better than expected. It is a proper rc car has a good battery life and is designed brilliantly as all the parts are covered well. It's made from tough plastic and a light body shell. The body is an excellent colour and comes in orange and yellow. It already has the stickers on and is attached to the chassis. The tyres are such soft rubber that they compress into surfaces and grip well. It comes ready to go in great packaging and is visually stunning. It's also a good size; not too big but big enough to get over most obstacles in a garden. I cannot praise this rock crawler enough. I will buy from this seller again and will buy BSD Racing rc Cars again."
