This extra charge was not mentioned anywhere, and I had already paid for the shipping when placing the order on your website.
I would therefore kindly ask if it is possible to receive at least a partial refund of these additional costs.

Import duties and fees can apply to international deliveries and are set by local customs authorities, so they’re outside of our control. This is noted on all our product pages.

“I was slightly disappointed that the packaging seemed to have been opened already. That always makes me think the item could be damaged. However it was a birthday present and I couldn’t tell my 10 year old that he couldn’t play with it as I wanted to return it. That’s what you get shopping online I suppose.”

We’d like to reassure you that all our items are brand new. In some cases, packaging may appear opened due to quality checks or handling during transit, but the product itself is always unused.

“Terrible company AVOID , terrible customer services , returned faulty item for refund they claimed to fix the faults , then claimed there was nothing wrong arrived back worse then sent , it was damaged and worked worse then when we sent it don’t waste your money !! No refund and a broken RC car £239 down the pan don’t get caught out by this company only 5 people work for it and there’s no contact number just email and no trading address to visit basic ebayer with a website”

“Found the rc car for my son. It arrived in good time & was well priced.
Within the first day we had problems with the battery only lasting 15-20 minutes. Then I realised a wheel had lost its drive rod/dogbone. Actually replaced this 3 times now. Also had to replace a differential gear & a pinion within the first week!!
Emailed them several times but no response. I wouldn't buy from them again as they have NO after care but claim they do. Still heard nothing, shame because he loved it yo start now my sons just disappointed with his birthday present & I'm out nearly £200........”
