“From the start of our order, we have had a wonderful experience with Rattan's customer service, first of all the actual ordering was straight forward, we were kept in touch by the delivery people step by step and to top it off, the product was a beautiful looking parasol umbrella. “Wanted this furniture for a while and was worth every penny. I have a 2 in 1 - a lounger and a diner. I have a small garden so can only have one type of furniture. This does all, so happy and really comfy. I will be outside everyday this summer!”
