This subscription was wonderful, it was delivered to be door and all of the books have been really well selected and easy to read. I was pleased to say that half way through my 12 month subscription I have started to see the books I have received creeping up in high street book stores, this assures me that they really are doing what they say in promoting upcoming books/authors. I like that they specifically support female writers and that they chose a wide variety of genres.”

“A fantastic book subscription/online bookclub promoting the work of female writers. I like the fact that these are newly published books, which reduces the chance that I have already read them. But even then, you can return the book and Rare Birds will swap it for you, unlike another book subscription that I considered, which said something along the lines of 'If you have read it - tough, you can give it to a friend'... I've been a member of RBBC for a few months now and every month I get equally excited waiting for the postman. I have enjoyed every single book sent to me and cannot wait for the next one to arrive!!!”
