“They put on to one call insurance for my home insurance who then tried to say I had misled them and wanted to raise the price. I had claimed from a third party who had driven their car through my fence ! Not my fault nor did I claim anything from my provider but they said I’d made a claim and had not told them! Cancelled my policy and went to Admiral who didn’t care about the claim and gave me a good price”

“I was given a much cheaper quote on this comparison site but when I spoke to the insurance company the comparison was wrong and my insurance turned out to be almost double. Their prices on here are misleading. Don't trust them!”

“I have not been sent my documents. I am unable to access the portal as I have not been given any credentials. The complaints email address provided is bogus. So all in all I have paid for my insurance but have no access to documents or contact with the company. How on earth am I supposed to contact them!!”

“Not impressed with any of the insurance companies, I had a number of quotes a month before my renewal but I didn’t renew at that time. Then the week before renewal I re-loaded the quotes to find that every single quote had increased by at least £100, anll of the bing name insurance comparison sites including quotezone just because the renewal was imminent, why is this?”

“Talk about be interrogated for nothing didn’t believe I had a licence once proved then didn’t believe I had no claims after having sent them everything and then had the cheek to send me a cancellation email after taking my money off me never again will I use this lot.”
