“went with one of the qutezone listings but when the documents arrived by mail there were 2 errors. i called to point this out so they said i will have to pay extra to correct and send out new documents. i said it wasn't my mistake and i can prove it as i took screenshots of all the information i provided. They didn't want to know so if I claim now I don't know if i'll be paid out!? I was ripped of on a stealth tax - they clearly look competitive so you'll go with them but the price I saw on your site wasn't the price I had to pay. Appalling”

“Absolute rip off of a company, avoid these like the plague. They take your money for a deposit then 2 weeks later take the first monthly payment then because I had some issue with dual insurance from the previous owner of the vehicle they cancelled my cover with only 4 weeks I cover In total- then demanded a £77 die to cancellation COWBOYS”

“Bought the insurance and every week was asked for a different document, proof of something. Every call I waited more then 45 min. It was 3 phone calls. Staff rude. They just dont care. Horrible. Finally I got through and asked to cancel it. Call another insurer and my cover was done in 15 min.”

“There was not enough information about the requirement of the additional drivers in the website. I took insurance with goskippy they cancelled the insurance after 3 weeks saying additional driver has more than 2 years learner driving license and they took £ 267 for cancelling and other charges. Now I have to search for another insurance. Very bad service”

“Rubbish,u cancelled my policy telling me you had not received my ncd and the cancellation e mail had a proof of ncd written on it ,yo be passed to my new insurance company,then and moving forward your trying to get ME to pay a cancellation fee.pathetic tactics to get money ,I'll never use your service again neither will any if my family,friend or business contacts .I tell everyone I know how useless you are .do not contact me again,you complete disregard for your customers is bordering careless stupidity and totally unprofessional”
