“The site is good and gives a wide range of policies to consider, the bit that concerns me us after contacting the quote offering company and buy, in advance of the start date required, there is no confirmation from any one, one doesn't know if it's been successful or not.”

“Satisfactory, once you realise that Car Insurance changes every year. We discovered this year that it appears that they want most of it done on-line, preferably through a phone App. Most older drivers are used to doing it over the phone using the old fashioned power of human speech. Maybe a short tutorial to explain the latest techniques to buy your annual car insurance would be helpful to those of us not surgically attached to a mobile nphone.”

“We got a quote for dog insurance , however a few weeks later we were informed by the company the quote was not fully explained on the Quotezone site and it would not cover us as expected without incurring extra costs - I don't know who's error this was but it would put me off using the quote zone directly next time and I would get the quote and go directly to the company website.”

“A useful website that lists many motorbike insurers. However, I think they should continually check customer feedback of the insurers, as these vary significantly in terms of customer service and procedures. For example, I do not think Principal Insurance Company should be listed by Quotezone. The overriding question is: do Quotezone simply provide a list of any/all insurance companies for their customers, or do they provide a list of reputable/checked companies that their customers can confidently choose from?”

“Nice and friendly but I have never had so many phone calls from an insurance place in my life. Had to send copies of no claims multiple times, and it just seemed to be hard work. I don’t think I would use them again just because of how much they rang me!”

“I used this site Via Topcashback as quotezone was offering £34 cashback for buying car insurance,however to date there's no mention on the Topcashback site of me purchasing car insurance. So although I got a reasonable price for my insurance can only give 3 stars for not receiving cashback.”
