“As someone who experiences vertigo I was very anxious about my hygienist appointment today. A big thank you to Nicky Shepherd for her continued understanding. The chair was reclined slowly, not fully and extra head support was provided. At the end of the appointment I was given the time to gauge my balance before leaving the surgery. Many thanks for the continued person centred care.”

“After having the most traumatic experience with my most recent dentist I decided to try pure dental and I’m glad I did. My faith has been completely restored. The service was excellent. Everything was explained thoroughly before any treatment was carried out. I was made to feel extremely at ease and their patience with me was very much appreciated. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much”

“Recently had two fillings done by Alan and can honestly say the whole process he explained everything to me and I did not feel a thing. Went in feeling very anxious but as soon as i went in i was comforted and felt very relaxed.”

“I've just transferred to Pure Dental and had two sessions with Michelle. The treatment required wasn't straightforward and at every step of the way Michelle explained exactly what she was about to do and the reason. I've been most impressed by the professionalism and care. Must also mention the excellent receptionists.”

“This will be my second review for the brilliant pure dental! Once again I can only give huge praise for Alan’s dentistry and for Abbey’s care as a dental nurse! I don’t want to go into great detail of what I’ve had done, but it was quite a lot over a period of a few months. I’ve almost finished what I’ve had to have done. I was a little nervous again, but once I sat in the chair, Alan made you so relaxed, and when he started the treatment, I can honestly say I never felt a thing, not even the injections! I’ve got to go back for a check up in a couple of weeks, and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone who’s working there once again. Everyone I’ve come into contact there have been so pleasant. If your nervous and anxious about dentists, please believe me in saying, once you’ve visited pure dental, you won’t go anywhere else.”

“Today was my first visit to pure dental, and I was a little anxious, and a little late! But as soon as I walked in and met the very polite receptionists, I was put at ease. And then I met Becky and Alan, wow!! Two of the nicest and professional people I have met in a long time. Alan took time in explaining everything to me, of what was going to happen through the stages of the work I needed doing, and it’s quite a bit! Ive been booked in again in July, and to be honest I’m looking forward to be going back to such a pleasant dentist.”

“I had my first visit today with Michelle The whole experience was actually relaxing, I can’t believe it. I am someone who has had terrible anxiety in regards to dentists but I desperately needed to go. Please if your nervous consider this practice, it has changed my whole perception Calm, informative, patient and encouraging all the way, what a difference from my past experiences. I shall be telling everyone!”

“Hi I must Thank Graham and his dental Nurse for seeing me at short notice after a problem of a bit of tooth breaking off after Graham sorted the problem by sealing my tooth with a white filling immediately completely pain free I am not the best patient for any dentist but are made to free at ease in the practice and will definitely use you again. “I was referred to Pure Dental for an extraction. I have dental anxiety and visiting a dentist is hard for me under any circumstances. Alan and Abbie were excellent and didn’t make me feel foolish (which I have been so many times in the past at other places). I have now made arrangements to register with Pure Dental for this reason. Thank you for making a traumatic event so much less traumatic for me.”
