“I admired its modern good looks then had to wait a while before it was mounted but what a difference the Pulleymaid makes when the weather is wet or items are only part dry. I either hang clothes straight onto the Pulleymaid, pull it up, right out of the way & let them dry or, especially with towels, ‘fluff up’ for a short time in the tumble dryer then hang to dry - this method really improves their softness! After years of using a traditional wooden horse the Pulleymaid has given us back living space, discreetly deals with drying & I’m not sure why we didn’t get one years ago!”

“I love this traditional good quality drying rack in my utility room. So much better than an electric dryer. Less room. Out of the way. Only difficulty was finding the joist to fix the pulleys. Needs a competent DIY installer. Arrived a week after ordered. I am very happy.”

“Great product. Worth paying the money for a quality and reliable product such as this. Well made and easy to put up once I got my head around the simplified instructions. That being said, I did have to Google the process as, for a first timer, the mechanism and thus the assembly of it is not as intuitive as it may be assumed by the simplified instructions. Clearer instructions would be appreciated I think. But 5 star great product nonetheless.”

“Delivery was fairly quick and product is well made. Easy to fit once I had located the joists and drilled a pilot hole. Used some plastic ties to hold the slats in place (otherwise they have a tendency to slide around). Total drying space is equivalent to my previously used floor rack and it’s good to have the clothes up in the air out of the way. Also, I later fitted a third pulley to ensure the pull line dropped vertically to the tie point.”

“I purchased the radial dryer and the pulley rail. They have made such a difference! I love not having a dryer rack taking up floor space. The radial dryer is perfect for underwear, socks, camis, and things on hangers and the rail holds everything else. Very responsive company, as well. I couldn’t be happier.”

“A great range of styles available, all well illustrated online. The language used on the website gave confidence that this was a quality product. Having now received and installed it, my confidence has been fully justified. Having ordered my ‘Maid’ before Christmas, I then fell foul of supply chain problems and Pullymaid immediately offered a refund. Nevertheless, I kept the order live and it was delivered as forecasted when the delays occurred. With the ‘Maid’ now in use, I cannot understand why I never bought one years ago. It’s very green, highly effective and saves floor space in the utility room.”
