“I recently did a day course on 'Management and Supervisory Skills' with PTP. The course gave a lot of very good insights to the aspects of management which are easy to overlook but still very important. The instructor was great. She was open to discussing all the topics honestly and in-depth. This really helped with digesting the course material and making me reflect on my approach to management in general.”

“Very well organised in a good, accessible venue. Smallish group so easy to discuss the subjects the trainer raised as we all had different issues. She led the discussions and kept us on track! Used a whiteboard rather than screens so could visualise points made and draw arrows etc to illustrate - we also wrote on the board. Nice having a break from screens. Left with tips and practices to use. Good lunch as well!”
