“We are always pleased with the quality of the courses delivered by PTP. The trainer was very knowledgeable providing a vast range of case studies, PowerPoint slides and practical project exercises. The trainer’s personal experience and examples helped demonstrate how relevant the information was. The PowerPoint presentation was interlinked with small group activities to apply what we have just learned. I especially appreciated the way questions and interaction with other leaners experiences were encouraged. The training pack provided was comprehensive with supporting slides emailed. Overall it provided an effective overview of the techniques required to undertake projects.”

“Train the Trainer 2 Day: Honestly, I typically don't find trainings enjoyable, but this particular session kept me fully engaged for the entire two days. Our trainer, David B, customized the training to address our specific needs and created a comfortable environment for the group to openly discuss our issues and questions. I acquired tools and exercises that I can implement in our day-to-day operations. I strongly recommend this course.”

“PTP were very willing to accommodate me and came to our place of work in order to run the course. This was much preferred to the option of doing it virtually and i think i got a lot more out of sitting face to face with Peter than if we had been conversing on screen. I'd thoroughly recommend the Public Speaking course, and Peter Waggott as course deliverer.”

“There was only 2 of us plus the trainer but the training itself was good and very well put together. A 63 pager was sent prior to the course, that we had to print off and we worked our way through that during the day. It was interactive and we had a lot of input into the direction the training went, which meant we could bring our positions into the training and discuss some of the objections we come across, to obtain feedback from another prospective. The trainer went into detail about listening to people’s tones whilst on the phone, as we are unable to see the body language. She also went into detail of Confidence and Self Belief – How to acknowledge other people’s views, state your own and suggest a mutually acceptable solution – also how to identify and make prospects see the value in what you are saying. She was very engaging and open to listening to scenarios and giving her thoughts and ideas on them. I would recommend this course.”

“I have attended Advanced Facilitation Skills training, which was really good. Instructor David Beavis has a lot of experience and was sharing a lot of practical information that can be applied in work environment. The focus was on attendees real life situations rather than some old practices that are not relevant. Generally, the training was interesting and engaging.”
