“goods came in promised time scale, packaging was either an individual plastic box or in a resealable plastic bag and within a cardboard box. Larger bits were also protected by a plastic reusable cover over the cutting edges. Have used the 45mm Forstner bit and managed to over heat and slightly discolour it in two small places. I think this may have been due to cutting 19mm plywood and feeding the bit a little too quickly? Otherwise I am pleased with my purchase even though they were lower priced they seem to be good quality, I will certainly use this company again.”

“Ordered 2 masonry drill bits, size 11mm and 12 mm. Drill bits arrived quickly. The 12mm bit seemed actually to be 12mm, but the 11mm bit was much bigger than the 12mm. Maybe my ignorance, but this seemed very curious. I had to do the job that day and so had to use the 12mm bit and have ended up with holes which are too big.”
