“I had intended to purchase professional quality drill-bits ( eg. Dormer or Presto) but found those supplied to be of poor quality and not suitable for purpose. With telephone sales I suggest a quality rating is offered to help purchasers find items matching their requirements. Disappointing !”

“The box was smashed and all the screwdriver bit bags were ripped with the bits loose in the bottom of the carton. The online shop changed the deliver to address to match the bill to address which meant I had to call and sort out. It was delivered to the correct address. Products seem ok.”

“I ordered 11 packs of drills ( packs of 10) just before Christmas. 3 Packs arrived taped to invoice, which was for 11 packs that I had paid for. I have emailed the company but had no response until I received this ratings form. Very convenient. From ABC Blinds South West Ltd.”
