“Chinese rubbish would not cut anything not a sharp edge to be seen how to to get a bad reputation after 2 members of your staff had allegedly checked item .now in the bin vote with feet”

“I e-mailed your company within 12 hours of receiving my order, extolling the virtues of your service. I also telephoned as I was so pleased. Contacting me a month later asking my opinion implies that your marketing Dept. needs to up their game!”

“As an elderly retiree I do not need to replace drills in my workshop very often but, since I am still geared up for working in Imperial sizes, it would present a problem for me locally. On the infrequent occasions when I have called on your services you have always been able to provide exactly what I need, even drills for now almost forgotten BA taps, most promptly. It is a comfort to know that I can always rely on you.”

“Product excellent quality. Needed various size small drills to bore steam passages in 2” scale traction engine compound cylinder block so very important that drills did not ‘wander’. Very pleased with successful job.”
