“You have a very good website and delivery service. Also, the bits that you provided did the job perfectly. My only grouse is that I had to buy ten drill bits (2 sizes x 5 Nr). Whereas, a company may buy five or fifty bits, I only wanted two including a spare. I would have preferred to buy four bits ( 2 x 2) at half the price, rather than ten (2 x 5).”

“your service is second to none .... I ordered 2 set of HSS drills which arrived very quickly and unfortunately in one set two of the very small drills were broken .. When .I phoned to report this the phone was answered straight away ..( oh what joy to find a supplier who is happy to talk to its customers) I spoke to your sales and technical depts. and in minutes I was told replacement drills would be posted to me and indeed they arrive the following day. A good company to deal with just fantastic service ...I will buy again .....Peter Hyland ..”

“I needed precision. The drill bits supplied were mostly bent and out of spec by up to about half a mm. A few were exact and at the price, it was worth it for these Ok but the others went in the bin. I have since bought several other exact sizes from a different well-known supplier and these are all exact to 0.05mm and not bent. Yes, they cost more. I did wonder why these drill bits were so incredibly cheap.”
