“sorry to say, but the drills never arrived and have been sent back to you by DHL.!!! courier supposedly called twice while we were open but " couldnt see anybody" even though we had a DHL delivery the same day!!! will be asking for a refund shortly as one has not been forthcoming.”

“Delivery was an issue. I paid £3.50 delivery on a £2 drill bit as I needed it. It was delivered in an envelope 5 days later. This is down to Royal Mail but it reflects badly on UK Drills.”

“Cannot comment on the quality of the drills yet as we've not used any although associates have and recommended them. Service was bang on including an hour slot notification, so accuracy of order, stock levels and service were excellent. If the quality proves out we will continue to use UK Drills.”

“First time Purchaser with UK Drills. Excellent quality drill bits some of which I was struggling to obtain from the 'normal' Suppliers. Drill also received promptly after order placement, will defiantly be shopping at UK Drills in the future.”

“purchase so that it would arrive by a certain date. But DPD let them down and even lied that they had tried to do a delivery. I have no idea what has happened to the order. I asked for it to be taken back because I couldn't wait I went and bought somewhere else. I needed to finish the task by a Saturday so could not wait for a retry of the delivery on Monday. My delivery was to arrive on Thursday no show or on Friday”

“First time ever used this supplier, service was excellent and prices very competitive. Due to this I ordered more than I really wanted at the time, but when a bargain price is offered it is hard to resist. Would definitely use again and recommend to my friends. Regards Alan conroy”
