“HSS standard drills would not redrill steel brackets, whatever it was they were made of, Cobalt drills both enlarged holes and drilled new holes effortlessly.”

“Needed 5mm cobalt drill bits for some stainless steel fabrication work (I'd broken and burnt out about 5 from the local tool suppliers, so ordered a pack of 10). I was expecting the same attrition rate, so was pleasantly surprised when one bit did the job that would of taken 12 of the ones I'd previously bought..and these were cheaper by buying the 10. So, that's covered quality (excellent) and value for money (very good)..what about customer service? ... Top drawer, I ordered them using the cheapest posting option, so no expectation of anything shorter than 5 working days - they arrived within 4 days from the day I ordered, properly packaged, no frills just high quality product without fuss! Five stars from me and I'll be using this company again based on this experience 👍”

“I recently ordered a specific size core drill for a special task and an extension bar that UK Drills picked, packed, posted and delivered promptly. On arrival, I realised I had mistakingly ordered an SDS Max Adaptor and not SDS Plus that fits my drill but UK Drills Customer Service were really helpful in giving me return instructions and then sending out the correct adaptor quickly. I can't ask for better customer service than that so I have no hesitation recommending their services and products.”

“Good prompt delivery very reasonable price. The one concern I had is that I found the tap set to be different to what I have used in the UK. Ist second and third taps as normal but 1st tap is significantly smaller in diameter than the final tap, the 2nd tap is also a smaller diameter the set did the job but different to what I have normally used.”
