“4 long sds bits ordered; 3 of them badly bent out of true. Because of the urgency, no option to return so they were heated and hammered straight. Poor quality control.”

“At the. Moment the delivery which was promised on Friday the 29 th of April,this date was comfimed by email by both yourself and dpd I ,but hey no delivery.on checking with yourselves I was told dpd missed the pick up along with 53 other orders, then checking with dpd they told me the order was not ready to be picked up, so someone is lying I guess. Did explain I was travelling to Cyprus on the Monday but nobody was interested in my problem, and I am still waiting for a refund”

“Bought a core drill because the advisor was spot on. He really knew his stuff and was happy to spend time explaining how to use core drills. The drills arrived in quick time and are high quality. Great to deal with will definitely use again and highly recommend this company.”

“I would love to write a review, but unfortunately the item wasn’t received, it had fallen out of a hole in the packaging, but for a sharp drill bit this isn’t a surprise, didn’t complain as I can accept these things happen, regardless of how carefully packaged and checked.”
