“Initially disappointed with delivery as clock next to item was showing 3 hours until next day delivery. However this was only if you paid. After speaking with customer service delivery was upgraded to a Saturday free of charge. excellent service will definitely use again and recommend to others”

“I've made three purchases of cobalt twist drills for DIY use so far, starting with the smallest at 1mm and working up to 5mm. I see reviews slating poor quality but I've not experienced that or I wouldn't have come back. With a pack of 10 costing not much more than a single drill in B&Q and nothing to complain about, what's the problem?”

“Luckily the drill bits I purchased came in multiples of ten, they were extra long and small diameters, however I didn't expect some to be so bent that they'd snap off at higher speeds in my Dremel. That said, some were fine, they were fairly inexpensive and perhaps that's why they came in multiples of ten. Quality control could be improved, but I would buy from UK Drills again.”
