“As an elderly retiree I do not need to replace drills in my workshop very often but, since I am still geared up for working in Imperial sizes, it would present a problem for me locally. On the infrequent occasions when I have called on your services you have always been able to provide exactly what I need, even drills for now almost forgotten BA taps, most promptly. It is a comfort to know that I can always rely on you.”
