“Lee Brett dealt my account in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner . Only problem the accounts dept have lost my payment however Lee is on their case to sort it out”

“My first contact with your company enquiring if you provide cover for a paramedic within general practice was not that good - I came through to a lady who just said look at the website. My second call to your company was with Conor Edwards who when I explained our situation was extremely helpful, dealt with the matter personally, completed the form there and then and indemnity cover was arranged.”

“It was quick and easy to renew online. The only change I would make is to have the flexibility to change the date of renewal as I will be on holiday for a few weeks and don't need cover so would have been useful to put the renewal date back a couple of weeks.”

Please bear in mind that Professional Indemnity Insurance is underwritten on a claims made basis, therefore it is the policy in force at the time of a notification that would respond. If there is no policy in force there is no cover in place which is why we would not encourage or recommend our clients have a break, gap or not renew cover. Thanks, Professional Insurance Agents Ltd

“I note from the renewal schedule that the renewal premium for 2016/17 is £102.66. I have noticed that the actual amount charged against my Debit Card was £115.16p. I look forward to a credit for the difference, being £12.50p”

Dear Richard, Many thanks for your feedback. Please note that the £12.50 is in relation to the administration charge applied, which all clients are made aware of prior to the purchase of any policy. We provide information on administration charges prior to purchase in our “About Our Insurance Services” which is located on our website, at the quotation stage and included within the “i” button on the quote page. “Renewal was not so straightforward as I hope due a change in working patterns which meant I could not simply renew online. PIA were helpful in getting this sorted out with the insurers though. Next renewal should hopefully be just a question of hitting a few buttons.”
