“The paperweights I ordered have arrived and they are excellent. Just what I wanted. Thank you so much - your customer service has been second to none: these arrived exactly when you said they would, they are perfect and precisely what I wanted and I have been kept up to date with the whole process from design to delivery at a personal level.
