“Private Finance found the right mortgage for us. The initial quotation figures had to be changed due to a "typo" which was misleading, and a promised meeting failed to materialise which was disappointing, but overall the service was efficient and the mortgage was finalised promptly.”

“We used Private Finance because their web site showed they provided an end to end tailored service based on their customers needs. They need to update their web site! Many companies in this field overstate their abilities and services but, Private Finance understate theirs on their web site. Their attention to detail, their speed of reaction to your e-mails or questions, their ability to take on complex transactions, their staff, everything about them is simply first rate. They made us feel like we were their only customers. They actually did listen to our needs and they came up with a solution that was bespoke to us. I can't praise them and their staff enough. As a business owner I know how important it is to have good staff and Private Finance have really good staff. Needless to say we are sticking with them for anything else we do and will recommend them to anyone who asks us. Brilliant company, brilliant team!!”

“Tim came to us on recommendation and worked wonders to make our property dreams happen. Whilst commission wise a bit more expensive than others, Tims contacts with under writers helped us achieve £100k more than other brokers thought was possible due to the complicated way my pay is distributed. This was all done in a thoroughly professional and diligent manner, always keeping me updated when promised. Maniksha for her small part was also diligent and helpful. Overall Private finance is highly recommended by myself and have already passed on Tims details to several friends and colleagues.”

“Private Finance guided me through an otherwise impossible mortgage situation for a property purchase in the UK. I lost my credit history in the UK due to 20 years of absence and all other attempts to get finance failed. We complete our purchase today and my family move back to Blighty at the end of the month. “After returning to employment having worked as a full time volunteer for over 4 years I was concerned that I would not be able to get a mortgage or would have to pay extortionate interest rates. I was introduced to Simon at Private Finance who was able to arrange a fixed rate mortgage at an extremely competitive rate. “My wife and I are both retired and our income is a combination of pension and investment income which the High St banks affordability algorithms were unable to cope with. We had virtually given up on being able to remortgage until we were introduced to Shaun and Sean at Private Finance. They were highly professional from the very first meeting and secured a number of offers for us before handling all the negotiations with the bank with whom we decided to proceed.
