“Can’t speak highly enough of the level of service we received from Private Finance during the process of securing the mortgage on our new house. We were working to really tight timescales to the point where we weren’t sure it was even possible to secure the mortgage offer and achieve completion ready for the date we were aiming for, but Ryan and Chelsi couldn’t have been more helpful - we know how hard they worked to get this over the line and we are really grateful. A special mention to Chelsi who managed us through the process; her professionalism, attention to detail and tenacity in pursuing our case with the lender put us at ease during a stressful time, as well as the consistent level of communication we received throughout the process. We would highly recommend Private Finance as the mortgage advisor of choice.”

“I found Luke extremely helpful in educating and supporting us on how to think about mortgages in the UK (we are foreigners and first-time buyers in the UK), helped us to get the right quotes that enabled us to find a beautiful family home. “James McCudden Hughes is superb at sourcing the best deal out there, but also has particular strength in finding solutions for non-standard cases. I have used James and PF on my last 2-3 transactions (and a few other prospective transactions etc), and I can safely say the service is second to none!
