“We have been provided services by Private Finance especially by Anuj Chulani, Associate Director, and his team each time we need mortgage or re-mortgage advice and support. The team is excellent as they support each other whenever someone is on leave. As a customer, you know that you have the support without any interruption. On top of that, Anuj is just sensational. “As first-time buyers, we were new to the process. We had lots of questions and the Head of Sales, Mike Perrin, who was advising us, seemingly never tired of answering them. We appreciated his expertise as well as his guidance. It felt like we were in a safe pair of hands - even when things did not go according to plan. In the end, it took two aborted sales and almost two and a half years until we finally completed on our new home. But we trust that the team, including Tom Caller, our mortgage consultant, was able to secure the best possible financing for our circumstances. We are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Private Finance to friends and family - in fact, we already have twice so far! Thank you.”

“Very happy with the service provided by Sally. She's gone above and beyond to secure us a good deal, e.g. getting our application in to the lender within a very short timeframe the day before the product was pulled and rates increased further, any delays would have cost us £100s. All communication was clear, efficient and correct (which from experience is not always the case with mortgage brokers from other firms). Also not pushy on upselling insurance, the options were presented but it was entirely up to us to go with them or arrange our own insurance. Highly recommended, thank you”
