“Where do we start?!? The service and professionalism demonstrated by Simon and Chloe was truly exceptional. They take the time to fully understand and appreciate your individual circumstances - working tirelessly to ensure a tailored solution is packaged effectively. Not only that, their well established lender relationships ensure overall best value with the minimum of fuss. We were particularly impressed by the calm approach and regular communication; this being vital in what can only be described as a ‘stressful’ situation at times. “I had the pleasure of being appointed James Mccudden at Private Finance for my recent re-mortgage. I found James to be personable, extremely efficient, friendly and pro-active, which are all the qualities you require from a broker to make a mortgage application as simple as possible. I really can't recommend James enough, he was always on hand to help and advise and was so prompt at responding to any questions I had over the phone or on email. He negotiated a great deal for me and I am already using him for another application as we speak! Nothing was too much trouble to sort. If you want a hassle free mortgage journey then look no further.”

“Outside of being great and simple through each step we also saved money from the mortgage offer we originally had! We were introduced to Conor C half way through a very time stringent application (4 weeks) and many changes from the seller. We honestly didn't think we'd get another acceptance through in time, but we received it today with ample time. The initial call was detailed but easy, the portal to upload documents simple and intuitive and the Conor thorough and friendly. I would definitely recommend.”
