“Professional, personable and efficient - Shaun supported us every step of the way in sourcing and securing our mortgage and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. He was open and honest about our options as well as being realistic to our needs as a family. Shaun liaised directly with both the estate agent and the mortgage company, saving us lots of time and energy which was fantastic. He was fully transparent and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We feel that his support and advice was invaluable in securing our new family home and we are incredibly thankful. “We worked with Chris Sykes for the purchase of our house (mortgage + help to buy). He was absolutely fantastic in getting us great deals, completing the applications and getting us a decision from the bank in about a week! He kept us updated throughout the process. His support has been invaluable and we're extremely happy we decided to go for his help rather than do it all alone. We'd recommend Chris and Private Finance 100%.”

“Great customer service is exemplified by Anuj, Halcyon and Mark who managed our recent multiple applications for relatively complex mortgages and associated life insurance. Their ability to pre-empt areas of personal concern and the regular communication to simply keep us 'in the loop' made an otherwise extremely stressful experience an absolute pleasure. “We used Private Finance to source a large Mortgage when we bought our Family Home 2 years ago, and have just used them again to re-mortgage, saying money and reducing the term of our mortgage. Anuj and Halcyon offered a great service, finding the best rate and lender, and even after we had an offer in place, went back to the lender to renegotiate our offer, as they had seen the lender reduce their advertised interest rate. We would highly recommend the team and look forward to using them again in the future when our fixed rate period expires.”
