“The things you hope for in most service providers become essential when it comes to your money. For me, they are someone who is: trustworthy, knowledgable, responsive and human. Donovan Mawson from Private Finance is outstanding. Honest, transparent, easy to chat with and discuss and explain the pros and cons of finance options and more than anything 'on your side'. Donovan has helped friends of mine and now me through mortgage finance for niche circumstances. He knows his stuff and gets it done. All achieved in minimal timescales, minimal fuss and maximum results (and in my case during Coronavirus). I have no hesitation in recommending Donovan and Private Finance to you.”

“I got recommended to use James McCudden at private finance and don't regret it at all. James was very helpful in explaining everything to me and extremely prompt at replying to my emails and calls. “I am a first time buyer and was in need of a mortgage offer quickly so the seller would retract their property from the market. James McCudden, Alex Aiton and Halcyon Griffith assisted me and were as knowledgable as they were expeditious. I had the mortgage offer within 2 weeks and was able to confirm the offer to the seller so I could secure the agreement to purchase.
