“Good pricing and efficient service. They followed up on two seperate purchases (printer & ink) to check everything was fine with my order. I was entirely satisfied with both products”

“Ive bought from this company for 4yrs now, both via work and personally. Can honestly say Ive never had an issue, whether I call to query stuff about an item, or if there is any issues with items received. They have always been friendly and helpful whenever I contact them.... Will be using them for the foreseeable future! 👍🏿”

“Excellent service offered by Printerland. Initially I bought a Brother mono laser printer/copier but after a brief chat with Printerland I changed to a Xerox B315. The printer was really easy to configure and ended up cheaper both for the purchase price and the printing cost.”

“Cannot fault the service received from Printerland. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided allowed me to make an informed decision as to which printer to purchase. It didn't take me long to decide and then the ordering process was simple. I was kept informed at each step of the process which was very short given that I ordered late afternoon one day and had the printer delivered the following morning - cannot get much quicker than that! Hopefully I won't need another printer for a while but if I do I won't hesitate to try Printerland first.”

“The Brother LED printer arrived in impossibly short time! It was something like a couple of days from ordering! I was astonished something so big could move so fast. The printer works as expected. Shortly after ordering I got a call from printer land asking me if the printer I had ordered had all the features I needed. I nice touch but I had done my research and knew what I was buying. Great service.”

“I needed ink for my printer urgently and it was the Friday afternoon (late) before the August Bank Holiday! Luke responded quickly and efficiently as always and on Tuesday I received the cartridge. 10 out of 10 team. Thank you.”

“I have had a great experience ordering my new home printer from Printerland. I accidentally ordered a toner subscription as well as a spare individual toner, a member of the Printerland team phoned me to check this was as intended. I explained I didn't require the subscription I accidentally ordered and he updated my order for me and my printer and toner were quickly dispatched. This foresight of checking my order really made a good impression. After a few days I received a follow up email to make sure I was happy and everything was working as expected. Fantastic customer service and aftercare, a rarity these days it feels. Highly recommended from my experience, I will return once I need more toner :D”
