“It's most pleasing and quite refreshing in today's world to find a company that follows up on the satisfaction of its customers after the purchase of one of its products. The HP Officejet printer we bought from Printerland is intended as a direct replacement for our old one of the same make that has served us so well for the past 15 plus years, so that we didn't bother looking at other brands. Our new purchase was delivered most promptly and with care so that the whole process has been exemplary. Well done Printerland.”

“Cheapest trusworthy supplier of OEM cartidges on the internet, I've tried cheaper from Ebay in the past and there was no way it was a legit cartridge. Normally comes next day unless I order too late day before, always great service.”

“Website was clear, 5-year warranty and £ 60 rebate was a bonus that you won’t get that on the high street, arrived as planed and setup was easy. Ecotak will be cheaper than cartridges so a good experience so far.”

“I was completely overwhelmed with the choice of printers available but called the sales team at Printerland who listened to my requirements and made a few suggestions. I settled on an Epson Workforce printer, which had a slightly higher cost per page than their first suggestion of an Ecotank but had the added benefit of A3 printing. I placed the order on their website and it arrived the next day. I was able to set it all up in less than 15 minutes and am delighted with how easily I can now print and scan. I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with Printerland if I needed any more help with printers in the future.”

“Printerland keep large stocks of consumables, and the website makes it easy to work out which items are suitable for which printer. Pricing is competitive, and when they say next day delivery they mean it. I have used Printerland for over 5 years, and they have never let me down.”

“I decided to order a Xerox B230 late afternoon on Thursday 21 December. It was delivered by 11.5am on Friday 22 December. WOW - that's better service than Amazon Prime and the printer was cheaper as well. I gave myself an hour to unpack, set up both the printer and the wifi connection and print the first test page. I didn't need that long - 15 minutes was more than enough. Well done Printerland. You are now on my list of favourite suppliers.”

“Printerland are one of the few genuine sellers in the printer industry, I have dealt with them many times over the last decade and their service has always been first-class. All of my orders have been delivered by next-day service, and there's always a friendly voice to offer unbiased recommendations or technical advice. Would I use another supplier? “Had not heard of this company before but pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received. Not something I'm used to these days and have already recommended them to others.
