“Bought four (HP & Xerox) colour laserjet printers over several weeks. From Amazon and Argos, all had problems! In particular the one from Argos, proved to be second had! When I attempted to register warranty with HP. So, I ordered from Printerland. Within an hour of ordering, I got a call suggesting a better model at a similar monies which included free three year warranty. So asked them to change my order. New, HP colour laserjet printer arrived next day. All set up. Three year warranty registered. All is well, prints on network, wi fi scans perfect! Brilliant Printerland, just brilliant!”

“We received the order and the printer is working perfectly. The service was excellent with delivery etc.. Luke who handled the order was exceptional, we had ordered a different model and he got in touch before it was shipped to check it was sufficient and also pointed out the higher running costs, I really appreciated someone with the knowledge taking the time to get in touch and in fact he listened to our needs and recommended a couple of alternatives, we bought the Canon and could not be happier with it.”

“Purchased a HP LaserJet Pro through Printerland and they rang to inform me a newer model was available at the same price and they helpfully swapped it over automatically for us. The printer was delivered promptly the next morning when we were in desperate need of one after our previous one (bought elsewhere) broke. Would highly reccomend.”

“I initially placed an order for a printer which was cheaper than elsewhere. Was incredibly impressed when I got a call back saying for the amount I spent, there was value for money in other printers. I did some research and went ahead with the recommendations. Within the next day, I received my printer with a further reduced price and cashback.”

“Easy to use website. I ordered the printer on the Wednesday, received a phone call on Thursday to say if I was in agreement they would supply me with a newer model which was £7.00 cheaper plus a £50 Cashback offer! Delivered on the Friday as promised. Just awaiting the differential refund to process. Printer works great. Excellent customer service and lines of communication. Thank you”

“Ordered a toner pack for my colour laser printer in front of the TV one evening, I got a call the next morning from customer service to say they offered an in house version of the product that was £100 cheaper and were checking in to see if I like to change my order to that one. “I originally orderd online for a Brother laserjet printer to replace my old 7 years plus HP - I was aclled by John one of trh sales guys to advse that he reccomended a different machine as the priinting cost was actually 3x the cost of the new machine which was a xerox, we discuissed other options and based n my price and needs canm up with an alternatiev of a Kyoxera it was cheaper came with ink good to go and I used it so far very please it s also a better spec machine so I got savings and more value - graet service - he also got it out ot ne the next day !”
