“I ordered an Epson Ectotank printer from Printerland. The information on the website about the functionality of the printer was very clear and easy to understand, and they offered a competitive price relative to other retailers on the market. The delivery was very quick (within a couple of days) and the product arrived safely. Printerland flagged that the printer did not ship with an ethernet cable as standard and offered a suitable product in-house at a good price. I am very happy with the service I received and have recommended the website to friends and also to my partner's workplace; I will also order my ink refills from here in future.”

“Simple and smooth experience to find the right printer, great layout to make sure I had the right model for my needs. Quick turnaround and delivery. Nice touch to check in and make sure that everything had arrived correctly. I know should I need I wont feel a fool to pick up the phone and ask for help. Thank you!”

“I have been a customer of Printerland for the past 4 years purchasing printer toners for our 3 offices. All purchases are posted and delivered very quickly. Printerland also follow up to check on products ordered to see if the customer is happy. I feel this is important, as buying products online takes out the customer facing interaction.”

“Very impressive service. Easy to compare printer models and useful videos to help compare differences. Once order placed online I received a phone call to confirm that I wanted the Xerox C320 printer and not a MFD. Printer arrived the next day. If only all companies were as good as this.”

“I have a small company. I purchased my printer from Printerland about five years ago and I have needed printer consumables about once a year since then. Every time I have found the Printerland website easy to navigate, the products reasonably priced and (most importantly for me) the delivery very prompt. On a couple of occasions I have used Printerland's customer service team for advice and despite being an infrequent customer I felt I was treated as if my business is as important as anyone's. (I've re-read what I've just written and think it might sound a bit like I'm a bot - but genuinely I cannot fault Printerland!)”
