“I began using Printerland a number of years ago, strictly by chance. And the proof is in the pudding as I am still using them today. I have always been favourably impressed by the knowledge and good humour of those answering the phones, as well as receiving my purchases of both printers and inks the very next day. Indeed, service is the key to success and never more so than in these challenging economic times. The best firms have survived, while those neither nimble nor service-oriented are falling by the wayside. Well done chaps1”

“Lots of information on the website with links to manufacturers website / brochure too. Printer arrived on date advised when I ordered. It was a lovely surprise when I received an email, asking me if everything was okay.”

“Printerland had the type of printer in stock when many other places did not. The order was received fast. Someone called the day of order to check we had everything or needed anything else. Would use again in the future.”

“I have been very impressed with the service I've had from Printerland over the years. They have always been polite, friendly and knowledgeable. In addition they have always tried to help out in a crisis - which is "going the extra mile" and was much appreciated at the time. I like their discounted prices and their free, next day delivery policy .”

“We used Printerland to purchase a laser printer. The printer came very quickly and was well packaged. We have been using it a few weeks now and it is great. The service and communication were great and the after-sales service was great too. We have also bought a black cartridge for the printer and again the delivery was very quick and the item well packaged. We will definitely buy from them again.”
