“We have been using Printerland for a few years now when ordering Toners ect. and have always felt satisfied with the service provided. Any issues are resolved in ample time and we get personally contacted by an employee, Mark who always helps us get the best deal. The delivery time is 9/10 next day and we have never had an issue receiving the products - which I may add comes packaged well with no damage. We wouldn't recommend anyone else! Thank you to the team at Printerland!!”

“Very impressed with service level. Having ordered online I then received a call to discuss the order. Having discussed the printer I ordered I was pointed in the direction of a more suitable alternative. Great service. Printer delivered quickly.”

“You can always gauge more about a company on how they react when things go wrong. Having received a new printer only to find it dead out of the box I received quick and courteous response that put TV me in touch with the manufacturer to determine if an immediate remedy was viable. Once determined the printer was faulty Printerland organised a replacement and collection of the faulty printer. Replacement printer working flawlessly.”

“Printerland's service is first class. Order for toner cartridge placed on Sunday, received on Tuesday – can't ask for more. This was my second order, my first being last year year when I purchased both toner and a printer. I'd like to take this opportunity to say how much I appreciated a phone call from Printerland back then, pointing out a very good deal I had missed on toner; also they made sure I had what I needed for the printer. Really excellent, thank you!”

“Just purchased our second high-end printer from Printerland. The advise and service were second to none and the printer arrived at 8:15 the next morning, installed and working with no down-time as our old printer had died after 12 years, (one not supplied by Printerland).”

“Printerland's knowledge is unquestionable. They know their products well and will assist you to an educated decision that when you make it you know you have made the right choice. Having done our research we continue to use them for our consumables and their next day delivery service is very reassuring. When it comes to machine warranty the customer service department is amazing. They have assisted us in communication with the printer manufacturer and have helped with getting an engineer out when we have needed one. They could not have done more than they did. For peace of mind, total confidence, and reassuring backup when you need it, i personally wouldn't go anywhere else and when someone asks me i always recommend Printerland.”
