“Very good service provided by our Account Manager. Good prices available for the inks/cartridges. Sales quotes are received quickly. Fast turn around on deliveries. We have been using Printerland as a supplier for quite some time and will continue to do so whilst their level of service is of a high standard and they remain competitive with their prices.”

“Superb customer service. Ordered my printer Sunday, delivered on Tuesday with a courtesy call from Printerland in between to confirm order details - very impressive. The very detailed product specification was so helpful when choosing which printer to purchase. Really happy first time customer. Great products, great prices - I can't recommend Printerland highly enough.”

“The whole process was smooth and problem free. They have a wide range of printers. I had selected one that I could not connect to with WiFi. The adviser called to check my order and I was able to amend my mistake.. he offered sound advice and we changed the model to include the feature I required. Delivery was also quick. Would highly recommend.”

“I had ordered a Large amount of bottle bags which was needed as i work for an events company which needed these for prizes. At first i wasn't exactly sure when it would arrive but very shortly i received a email which said it was coming the following day! Just to make sure, i emailed Printerland directly just to check and they emailed back promptly and were really caring towards me, making sure that everything was going okay. A week later a man called Richard had emailed me just to check up to see if they had been delivered, which they had. Good service and i would definitely recommend in the future.”

“Very informative website, which allowed me to chose the correct printer device that suited my needs. Great links to the HP cashback offer. Order was placed Wednesday afternoon and the printer was delivered 10:30am the following morning. Printer all up and running. Very satisfied customer, smooth process from start to finish. Have already recommended Printerland to a client.”
