“My brother placed the order for a printer and I received a phone call from Matthew Ackers, who was very polite and informative. He advised that I couold upgrade for free which would allow me to have my printer quicker as demand was high on the model I had origanlly chosen. It arrived 2 days later and my brother installed it for me and said that this printer is brilliant. He is hoping to get one soon. I would like to thank Matthew for his excellent customer service from start to finish including giving me a different link to leave this review. Man thanks and would deffinately recommend your service to people in the future.”

“I just had to order more cartridges for my Kyocera printer. The help and advice given to me was excellent. I was even offered an extra black cartridge at half price in view of my large order. I was very surprised to receive my order the next day (9.30 a.m.), despite having placed the order in the afternoon. Very good service all round. Thank you.”

“Service has been great. Printer was received fine on the day I wanted it delivered. Rosanna was great in helping me decide what to buy also as there are so many to choose from it can be bewildering. “I wanted to upgrade from my Canon Inkjet, which I'd had for 3-4 years. After much consideration I opted for the Lexmark MC2425. This new Colour Laser Printer is providing me with real print quality - and many more features than I had at my disposal previously. My printing / copying needs are for Home, Personal and Local Sports Club activities - and this is proving to be just what I needed. I purchased online and have to say the Online Store / Website Content and the Delivery Efficiency from Printerland was first class.”
