“Needed a new drum cartridge for our printer and wasn't sure where to go as prices varied when looking online. Printerland came up on the search as very reputable and so I took a chance and ordered one with them. The ordering process was very easy and they had various payment options available. The cartridge came within a couple of days, very pleased. We will definitely be using them again.”

“I am delighted to say that Printerland has provided me with an excellent after sales service following the acquisition of a faulty HP laserject 7400 pro, and its replacement by HP. I was directed to retain the printerhead and had no advice from HP on what to do about cartridges. Staff at Printerland identified immediately that the ink must have dried up and sent me by immediate dispatch a full set of replacement cartridges so I had the printer working perfectly within 24 hours of reporting the matter to Printerland. HP by contrast, strung me along over several days of frustration and delay before doing the replacement. And, two weeks on, they have yet to collect the old, faulty printer. I commend Printerland for a 5* start service. Thank you!”

“I was recommended to try Printerland by some work colleagues and I have not been disappointed! Their prices are always very keen if not the absolute lowest around and their customer service is first class - Every time I ring the call is answered promptly & politely (during published opening hours) and at the end of the call I feel it was well worthwhile. I have never regretted a purchase !”

“After lots of searching around I settled on a Xerox printer from Printerland. As soon as I placed my order I got a courtesy call to double check my order and explain delivery. It was with me in under 24 hours! Great product, competitively priced and even had several follow up emails to check I’ve got everything I need and I’m happy with the product - which I am! Both the printer & Printerland have been brill. Highly recommended.”

“We use printerland to supply all our printers and inks! We correspond with Mark who is extremely efficient and always helps with all queries we may come across. He also reminds me when our warranty is about to run out which can be extremely helpful in the busy climate. If Mark is unavailable a lovey chap called Wayne always monitors his emails so there are no delays in getting supplies! I couldn't be happier with a company as we are with Printerland and highly recommend them to neighbouring companies and clients! 10/10 service thank you !!!”
