“I recently bought an HP Printer which was delivered the next day free of charge. I did not have any issues with the printer itself but I did have an issue with the connecting HP Smart software. A Matthew Ackers from Printerland took it upon himself to contact HP on my behalf and this resulted in the software issue being resolved. This was service way beyond the normal. I cannot rate them highly enough.”

“having to wait for a fair length of time for the printer I wanted and you being the first one to have it. It was nice your price was ok , so went ahead nice suprise A DISCOUNT ON SOME EXTRA INK and told next time you want ink or whatever call us and ask and we will try to help with some discount. DONE THAT IT WORKED AND DELIVERED NEXT DAY Result.”

“Excellent service as usual. You might think that as the price is low the level of service would match the price. This is not the case I ordered toner cartridges for my printer, correct xerox as the correct holograms etc were present. Arrived a day earlier than I was expecting. No issues as always, even during covid. Received an email asking me if I was satisfied. If you are not buying your genuine toner from Printerland, WHY? I know no better company.”
