“Great service and speedy delivery. I really liked that Printerland emailed me a few days after receiving the printer in order to check in on the service level. That's a really good touch. I'd definitely recommend them as the prices were great too.”

“I've had a very positive experience with Printerland from start to finish. Incredibly helpful and knowledgable sales team to help me pick the right printer. And then when there were some issues with some of the colours being printed correctly, Andy Lamb from the technical team was on the ball straight away. Very responsive, very helpful and knowledgable and sorted teh issue straight away. A great printer now working perfectly for me, and 5 star customer service! Very much appreciated!!”

“My trusty old HP Officejet 5610 (I know, ancient) lost it's support in MacOS and had to go. As replacement I ordered a Canon i-SENSYS MF655Cdw from Printerland. Price was good, free deivery and very clear what was and what was not included in the box. The printer was delivered on time, in good condition, and it works! A flawless purchase from Printerland. Some thoughts on the Canon i-SENSYS MF655Cdw printer itself, after a week of use: It is very quick to print, print quality is very good, double sided printing is great to have. It may be a bit of overkill for a home office, but that is coming from a 20+ year old Officejet. Not going back though, nope. The setup guide is very sparse, 5 pages, but in 30 languages. There is a link to the manual on the front page. No idea what is on the included Driver and Manual DVD.”

“I ordered an Epson ET-4856 Printer from Printerland and had an excellent experience. The printer was delivered very quickly, arrived in safe packaging, and was in perfect condition. Their support team even reached out proactively to check if I had any issues, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they have great prices compared to other retailers. Overall, fantastic service and value—I’d definitely recommend this company!”

“I have been using Printerland for years, both in my previous workplace and now in my current workplace as the service is so good. I have bought printers from them and ink cartridges. I am in the Highlands and find delivery to be quick. I have never been let down by them in all the years I have been using them. Great service, I would recommend them.”

“The website was easy to use and I very much enjoyed the comparison feature that allowed me to see, in great detail, the pros and cons of various printers for my small business. Purchased and came very quickly and continues to be a dream to use. I particularly liked the personal touch of having a member of customer support drop me a line and see that everything had arrived okay. Matthew also supported me in setting up my warranty for the printer which was very helpful. Should I require further printers or printing support in the future, I would very happily come back to Printerland.”

“Had it for less than a week but so far it's so much better than the 7710 which I was using previously (and shall continue to use for A3 work). The print speed in Duplex is phenominal and, after creating 20 A5 manual to date, it still hasn't mis-fed once! Having said that, I recall when I bought my first 7710 over 6 years ago (I've had 4), it was greatly superior to the Brother it replaced. Improving Tech works! Since buying the printer I've added an extra paper cassette which, astoundingly, AUTO-SELECTS paper size between A4 & A5. Life is wonderful!”
