“I always use Printerland for my printing consumables. I find that their products are competitively priced, and the service is absolutely first class. They also proactively call to see if there are more cost effective options for me, when I make re-orders, which I think is really good customer service. My consumables always reach me very promptly, and I would highly recommend them.”

“I have always dealt with Mark Toole at Printerland and he has always been very helpful with supplies, ordering, replacing new toners, maintenance advice if something went wrong. He has helped with the warranty renewal. Overall a very good company to deal with. Excellent and prompt deliveries.”

“My new printer arrivced promptly on the date Printerland said it would. The labelling and packaging were good and my machine was in good order. The other items I ordered also arrived promptly and I am very pleased with the service I received.”

“I've bought monochrome laser printer toner cartridges and drums on-line from Printerland on several occasions. The whole process has always been completely seamless and efficient. Delivery was promised next day, and next day it indeed turned out to be. I shall continue to purchase from them in the future. Strongly recommended.”

“Some years ago I got a printer from Printerland. Their advice was good and it lasted me a long time. When the old printer started to fail I didn't look at going anywhere else, I just emailed Printerland to ask what might match my needs. They came up with a few suggestions and helped me narrow the options down quite quickly. I'm very happy with my new printer which does all that I need (and more). Purchase and delivery were swift and easy. I'd use them again for a future purchase.”

“When I ordered my new printer there was only one showing in stock. But the order was confirmed and payment taken. Within a few minutes Printerland called me to apologise that the printer I had ordered had actually been sold but it hadn't been changed on the website. I was immediately offered a replacement - a newer version of the one I had ordered but also cheaper than the one I had ordered and immediate reimbursement of the price difference. I was taken by surprise by this because other companies have frequently a HIGHER price alternative! It was refreshing to be on the receiving end of a considerate saleperson.”
