“I ordered one machine based on having that make already, and they rang me and explained that another make / model at £20 more came with Double the print capacity cartridge from new and had a couple of features the one I ordered did not. Whilst they had both in stock on being talked through it their advice was right. The start-up's extra print capacity alone saved me money and I got a better printer Very pleased with the service and the printer came the next day”

“Excellent product knowledge and customer service, and quick delivery. After ordering an initial printer, I received a call from Dominic who advised me to buy a different printer, more adapted to what I needed and cheaper to run. The printer was delivered to me the following day. Highly recommended!”

“I inadvertently ordered a colour laser printer plus a bundled Pay As You Go printing plan........Printerland phoned me just to check my order, and once I explained I just meant to order the printer alone, they amended my order quickly and delivered the following day. Great service, great communications, quick delivery, thank you !”

“I am very happy with the service I received from Printerland. The costs were below other suppliers and the product was delivered promptly. “Having ordered a Xerox Printer from Printerland in 2022, it made sense to order replacement toner from them. Or did it? There are all sorts of toner solutions out there and the market is very competitive. When you are buying enough toner for 20,000 pages you want to look around and check you are getting the best deal and also a legitimate product. I did my homework. Printerland offered the best deal and despite my difficulty in applying my discount code from almost a year earlier, customer services helped in an instant, making a good deal, that bit sweeter. Great customer service. Good value for money. Happy to do business with Printerland and to recommend based on my experience.”

“I have purchased a printer from Printerland a while ago, and continue to buy cartridges when required. I found the level of service to be excellent and I find the staff very responsive. I have dealt with Wayne several times and found him to be very efficient and responsive. Their delivery time is also very good. All the staff that I have dealt with are very responsive and when one is not available, they respond swiftly when free. I find their pricing to very competitive too. I would recommend Printerland for their excellent custom and knowledge of what they do. Their advice is also very valuable. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service, and speedy delivery. Well pleased with my Xerox laser printer. I did not know what laser printer to buy, Rossana in customer service advised me to buy the Xerox as it was very economical and had a better and higher spec than the cheaper models, it was worth the extra few quid. Delivery only took a few days and arrived well wrapped. When unpacked it was simple to set up and connect to wi fi router. Overall Printerland was extremely efficient, and I would recommend to anyone. Someday all companies will be made this way Happy Days Trevor B Gambrell”

“I ordered the printer as the options at Printerland allowed me to save a little by opting to buy an 'open box' printer. In addition I was telephoned to confirm that the chosen model was what I needed as the next printer up had better options. As someone whose use of a laser printer is fairly limited I appreciated the call but continued with the chosed machine. The printer arrived the following day and was up and running, printing its first output shortly after.”
