“Excellent service, fast delivery and I was given the option to upgrade to a slightly better model more suitable for very little cost the printer was easy to install and we were up and running within 10 mins Thank you for your Help :)”

“Excellent service. I was informed the printer I ordered was discontinued but along with that I was recommended an alternative, with a full breakdown of specs and how they compared etc This was done personally, via a phone call. The printer arrived exactly when it was promised for.”

“Work printer has decided to die on us at worse time.... Started to look for options where we can buy and get it delivered on time. After looking around we tried Printerland website and was very pleased with service . Ordered printer on Monday afternoon and got new one delivered nex morning. All process was very smooth and painless.Thank you”

“I ordered two Xerox B225 cartridges, they arrived the next day and worked perfectly, I was also contacted by customer service following delivery to check whether the cartridges work ok. Brilliant experience from beginning to end. ”

“Matthew was simply amazing with providing aftersales support when I had a problem with my printer cartridge and the main reason why I choose this company again and again. “I always use Printerland and I am glad I did on this particular occasion. My new kit (scanner) had a factory fault, the manner in which this was resolved was fantastic, many thanks to Vincent for all his help. Things do go wrong, what makes customer service stand out is the speed, efficiency and courtesy in resolving the issue. In this case ALL WERE FIRST CLASS and the reason why I have no hesitation in recommending and using Printerland.”

“Excellent experience with Printerland from start to finish! I got a fantastic deal on a Brother printer, it arrived (as promised) the following day (FOC). When I phoned up to ask a question, the call was answered straight away and the service was absolutely fantastic. And then I got an email to make sure that the printer had arrived okay, and asking me whether I had any other questions...! Outstanding!”

“Really impressed with the quick service had the printer delivered next day and it was the cheapest on the market. I had ran out of ink on my old printer and it was cheaper to get a Ink Tank printer which would pay for it self within a year.”

“I ordered a printer based on a Google Search, but Matthew rang me and said that he'd recommend a printer from a different company which was better and cheaper - and that consumables for the one I ordered were very difficult to source. I took his advice, and was also a great help in sorting out the generous warranty that comes with the printer I switched to. Impeccable service.”
