“Customer service is attentive and efficient. We had a problem with the parcel delivery method but Taylor was able to help us sort things out promptly. Email messages were replied straightaway and he genuinely tried to solve the issues rather than using some CS delay tactics which I came across in some other companies. Printerland's stock selections are far better than the usual electronic stores. And they seem to replenish their stocks often, unlike other stores. I will purchase again in the future.”

“As with every order I have made, always next day delivery. Great service. And they even have a chap called Mr Toner working for them! Always a joy to talk to; you feel like a person and not an account.”

“Having read very good reviews from Printerland customers, I opted to buy my printer from Printerland. It arrived within a couple of days, as promised. I also received emails about setting up the printer & how to contact customer services for technical support etc should I need them. I also received a follow-up email a couple of weeks later to check that I was happy with the product & happy with the purchase from start to delivery. A nice printer at a great price with spot-on customer service & aftercare. Thank you Printerland!”

“I have purchased an Epson ET-3850 printer. I had previously researched the product and sourced it from various outlets. Printerland offered the most attractive deal in terms of price, ink,warranty & delivery. Their website is easy to follow and delivery was both quick and timeous. The printer was very easy to install and is perfect for my home business needs.”

“I placed an order for a Xerox Imaging Unit Kit for my printer on the website which was extremely easy to use and had the part pretty much the next day. The service I received for ordering and the aftersales has been fantastic. I would certainly use Printerland again for anything I need.”

“I was pleased with the speedy delivery, but what impressed me most was the excellent customer service afterwards. When Printerland found out that I had been offered a discount just after I had placed my order they retrospectively applied the discount to my order. Excellent company that I would highly recommend.”
