“I needed to replace my old laser printer that had died and was no longer in production. Following helpful advice from Dominic at Printerland I purchased the newer model. I was really impressed by the care Dominic took in ensuring he matched my requirements and processed the order for an am delivery the following day. This was great service but additionally he sent guided instructions on how to obtain a 3 year manufacturers warranty rather than the standard 1 year. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Printerland.”

“Printerland offered the best deals and a great selection of printers and supplies, with good product descriptions. Ordering was very straightforward and better still there was a nice cashback offer from Epsom which was easy to claim. Communication from Printerland was good and delivery very efficient; offering very flexible delivery dates. Very pleased with their service and value for money.”

“I was undecided which printer to buy, however on finding the printerland website the wealth of information on each product made the decision much easier. The helpful videos on installation made the installation easy.The printer was well packaged and came exactly on time. I spoke to Luke at one stage and the customer service was excellent. Extremely good price but maybe due to Black Friday.”

“The service provided was amazing. Within less than a hour i was told the printer i required was not in stock so the company offered me an upgrade for the same price. That is truly professional and indicates that Printerland holds its customers in high regard. Additionally within 24 hours of ordering my printer it was delivered to my address. I wasnt expecting such a quick and professional service. At least now with the quality of service i received there is no need to go to the High Street”
