“Seemless process, kept informed throughout when delayed. Let us know if there was a better option available, at the same cost so all good!! Would definitley use Printerland again.”

“Great Service. After I made order, I got email offering imediate call back. They advised the small office printer i had ordered was older technolgy, and after a brief chat with me he idenfied a similar printer which was slightly cheaper and had much better spec. After i spent some time reviewing the spec of the proposed printer, i agreed it was much better, emailed and asked them to swap order. they did, and i recieved the printer the next day.”

“I bought printers multiple times across the years from Printerland and was always happy with the choice. They have very good prices and a big variety of options to choose from. The delivery was prompt and without issues, the products worked as advertised. Great customer support from their team, following up to check everything went smoothly. I will definitely use them again.”

“I recently bought an Epson EcoTank ET-8500 from Printerland and I’m extremely pleased with both the printer and the service. The ordering process was smooth, the price was very competitive, and delivery was prompt with clear communication throughout. The ET-8500 itself is outstanding — superb print quality, easy to set up, and the EcoTank system makes it far more cost-effective than cartridge printers. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely use Printerland again and would recommend them without hesitation”

“Been using Printerland for over 25 years for printers and consumables. Always had prompt service, well priced products, and quick delivery with no issues. Newsletter with a loyalty discount too. They have a good guarantee service, and I've been able to buy consumables for years after a printer has stopped being produced - ink cartridges and drums for laser printers. Delighted they are still going strong, and have been reliable for all of my time in business.”

“Called me to tell me that the printer I had selected was more expensive than a better one available. The swapped them around with next day delivery. Very easy set up, within 25 minutes everything was up and running. Supper service!”
