“I needed a new printer fast as my old laptop was in the process of being replaced when the old printer suddenly died on me. Went on line and saw that Printerland dealt with a wide range of printers and provided good detailed information of each. Was therefore able to choose which printer I wanted quickly and easily and ordering on line was simple and straightforward. Pricing was very competitive too, and one great thing is that they tell you as you order that 'connection cables' are not included in the printer package and offer the opportunity to purchase the cables you need to come as part of your order delivery. No messing about trying to get cables from another source or getting your delivery only to find that cables were not included so you can't connect up right away! That's a bonus. Was also especially impressed with the delivery time offered, They offered 'next day' delivery (which unfortunately several people do but then can't honour) but in this case i ordered mid afternoon and the printer was delivered just after 9.00am the following morning, together with the connection cable. You can't do much better than that!”

“Excellant service. Phone was answered by a Person and not a machine. The young person I spoke to was very helpful and patiently answered any questions that I asked. Printer arrived very next day before 9 in the morning, well impressed with that as I only ordered it late the previous afternoon. Extremely happy with the printer have printed off loads of stuff to make my cards for charity. Well worth the money.One very happy Senior Citizen from start to finish. Would reccomend Printerland for service and value.”

“i ordered a printer one evenoing and recieved a phone call the next morning to say that the printer i ordered had been superceeded and they had the newer model, explained what the differences were and how the newer modelwas better, also offered a redution in the price. Printer arrived the next day. Service and customer support is excellent.”
