“The service was quick and I was impressed. My printer ink ran out when I placed my order, and I was so glad when it was promptly delivered. I could not print any documents till it was delivered. I wasnt expecting the prompt service but I got such prompt service. I am glad for the prompt service. I will use your company again.”

“I Purchased my printer for my business through Printerland - The first one I bought actually turned out it wasn't going to be suitable for my needs and I wouldn't have known this had a member of staff not called me to discuss my order and my needs and advise me on a printer which would be more suited to my business needs. The printer is great and I recently ordered more black toner, and it was dispached and delivered very quick. I also received an email from Jack who made sure that I have received my order and I was happy with it. The customer service is great as are the products, would highly recommend.”

“Great service. I originally ordered a different printer and this was soon to be end of line. Printerland contacted me and receommended a different printer that was more compatible and cheaper. Delivery was fast (next day) at no extra cost.”

“I ordered my Brother Laser Printer from Printerland, not only becuase they had very good reviews, but the price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Once I'd ordered online, I was called by a very helpful sales rep (Luke), who went through all the features of the priner with me to make sure I was aware of the possible sortcomings of the printer, and offering to direct me to others at the same price that might be more suitable. I was also kept up to date with the delivery time, so that I could make sure I was at home when the printer arrived. Altogether a very good experience. I can definitley recommend Printerland.”

“I was able to naviagate the website with ease. I did price comparisons and decided to place my order with Printerland based on price, speed of delivery and good customer service reviews. “Service was Amazing, ordered at 15:30 but 15:45 i recieved a call to say there was an upgrade available if I wanted to have that instead to which I agreed. By 11:00 the next morning my item was delivered. Great personal touch from the company and extremely efficient.”

“What can I say apart from outstanding service from start to finish. I ordered the printer on at 11:48 on the 3rd June, at a cheaper price than many of Printerland's competitors, and it was delivered on 4th June. I received an email early on the morning of 4th June with a tracking link and the printer was delivered in the 4 hour time frame that day. I will be buying from Printerland again and highly recommend them!”
