“I had inadvertently ordered a product that would not be best suited to the printer I had. Rather than processing that order, I was really impressed Printerland contacted me with a more suitable, less expensive product. “Just like to thank Printerland for supplying me with my second printer from them, their customer service, I found unique by calling me prior to shipping to check if the spec would be right for me, their reason, was to reduce returns. This makes perfect sense, the less returns, the more reductions on their products”

“Printerland was originally recommended to me by a friend a few years ago when I bought a Xerox printer. So far I have been very impressed with their service. Their agents are more than willing to offer guidance over the phone, such as when I was struggling to remove the cartridge. Ordering parts from Printerland is also easy and quick. In short, I would recommend Printerland.”

“Recently bought a Canon Maxify MB5150 Printer. I was impressed with the experience from search to purchase and aftercare. The best and easiest website to navigate, with good specifications and comparison, and the best price for the printer. I also wanted to buy from a company I could get in touch with if needed, so I was delighted to find such a helpful firm that kept in touch with me. Prompt delivery and easy to set up. I've yet to try out all the features, but it has easy-to-follow navigation. So very pleased with the printer.”

“Outstanding service and extremely prompt (next day!) delivery. I'd try to order my new printer twice on Amazon and got fed up of waiting for estimates on delivery times... after several weeks of waiting, it was time to order from a supplier who actually had stock and were able to supply in a sensible timeframe. Printerland called after I ordered to confrim everything and the printer arrived the next working day - Brilliant!!! Highly recommended.”

“Needed more toner for my Xerox B315, and once again Printerland were the cheapest place to get it from. Ordered official Xerox toner, and it was delivered the next morning! Have used them for all printer and toner needs since 2016 and they have never failed to be helpful, quick and execllently priced.”
