“Appalling service! DO NOT USE I purchased 2 Compatible Epson XP-520 Printer Ink Cartridge Multipack however the company sent the wrong product. I sent muliple emails and completed the feedback form via their website and was never contacted.”

“Nothing wrong with the purchase and delivery, however, I tried to get a VAT receipt as it is a business purchase but nobody ever got back to me. I emailed twice, no response. I asked on web chat twice, no response. I contacted them on instagram twice, no response. Product 5 stars, after sales support 0 stars!”

“Problem with the delivery but not of printerinkdirect part, Non delivery advised to them and next day delivery by another courier, Thank you Martin good customer service , I have marked delivery on time but it was the second courier, not sure who was the guilty party with the first”
