“Have used printinkdirect before. Not yet used latest purchase but based on previous purchases and the fact they come with a guarantee I have no hesitation in recommending them. Even the big supermarkets who sell their own branded compatible cartridges can't compete on price”

“Extremely poor customer service, completely lacking any response from my emails and via the website's Chat messenger. Sent the wrong item, and it was faulty - 5 months later still no response, and have had to open a dispute case via Paypal in order to finally get a refund.”

“This was easy to find the correct ink for my printer, order and delivery very straight forward. Used previously and the inks are just as good as named brands. No smudging or streaking. I haven't tried a photo print as yet.”
